Transport Enclosures
Animals are to be dropped off in enclosed, ventilated and escape-proof enclosures, as there may be a short period of time that your animal is in its transport enclosure whilst a vivarium is being cleaned and prepared. We will not accept responsibility for escapees or accidental injuries during this period if your transport enclosure isn't safe and secure.
Vivarium Reservation & Refunds
Vivariums are reserved for the dates stated at the point of booking and refunds will not be issued for early collections of pets.
Veterinary Registration
Animals must be registered with a vet prior to drop off.Local vets: Chine House, Sileby (01509 812446 – highly recommended), Pinfold, East Leake (01509 606979), Phoenix, Loughborough (01509 270997).
Health & Contagious Ailments Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding contagious ailments (including mites) within our boarding facility. Please health-check your animals thoroughly at home, or alternatively book them in for a health check in store prior to their boarding booking. All animals receive a health check upon arrival and if any contagious or emergency conditions are apparent, we reserve the right to refuse admission to safeguard other animals and ensure your animal receives the veterinary care it requires.
